Beyond the classroom, Regina is deeply committed to student success, equity, and access. She has served in numerous leadership roles, including Department Chair, Curriculum Chairperson, Accounting Advisory Board Coordinator, DEI Representative, and long-standing Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program Coordinator. Through partnerships with financial institutions and community organizations, she has led financial literacy initiatives for over two decades.

Regina’s professional background also includes experience in forensic accounting, internal auditing, portfolio analysis, quality assurance, and corporate finance, having worked with organizations such as Ernst & Young LLP, Baylor Health Care Systems, Northern Trust, and UPS. This blend of academic and industry expertise allows her to bridge theory with real-world application.

She is the author of the RLB Transformational Planner, Level Up Devotional Vision Planning Journal, and Alicia, The Amazing Accountant: tools designed to help individuals align purpose, goals, and intentional action. As a sought-after speaker and facilitator, Regina has presented nationally on topics including goal setting, financial stewardship, diversity and inclusion, student success, leadership development, and intentional self-care.
Regina has completed graduate-level hours in accounting as part of her MBA studies, in addition to earning an MBA in Strategic Leadership and a BS in Finance. She also holds advanced certifications in online teaching and business education. Her work is rooted in service, faith-centered leadership, and a passion for empowering individuals to rise—personally, academically, and professionally.
